This policy currently applies to orders delivered within Switzerland.

SHIPPING AREA

I currently accept orders only for delivery addresses within Switzerland.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free for all orders within Switzerland.

PAID PREORDERS

HoopFolk shorts are sold as paid preorders. Your selected size is reserved from the first 100 pair production run.

Delivery may take up to one month after purchase.

ORDER UPDATES

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase. We will send another update when your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If you need to change it, email ralph@hoopfolk.com as soon as possible.

DELAYS

If we cannot deliver your order within one month after purchase, we will contact you. You may then choose to continue waiting or request a full refund.
